Use of FOODROBE
Q. Is FOODROBE available only for IPHONE?
A. The foodrobe application is currently available for download only for iOS.
Supported models and versions are as follows.
Compatible devices: iOS ( iPhone / iPad ) Version: iOS 14 or later
For supported devices, tap the following link on your iPhone/iPad to go to the AppStore and download.

Android and Web versions are currently not supported.
If you are using an unsupported device, you will not be able to use them.
We are planning to develop a web version in the future, so we hope you will be able to use the service when the web version is available.
Use of Recipes
Q. Is FOODROBE available only for IPHONE?
A. You may not reproduce any of the recipes on foodrobe in any form, including screenshots of the recipe quantities, cooking methods, or photos.
You are welcome to post photos of your own cooking on social networking sites.

A. If you wish to use a recipe for commercial or media media use, please contact us through "Contact Us".
About Premium Membership
Q. How can I become a Premium Member?
A. Go to "My Page" > "Premium Member Registration" and click the "Register" button. You can become a Premium Member by entering the required information and registering.
Q. What can I do as a Premium Member?
A. You can do the following Unlimited access to recipes. View recipe ranking information. Recipe submission reports can be viewed (by contributors). Hide pop-up advertisements. Participate in Premium Member only events. You can also continue to support restaurants. We plan to add more features to meet your needs in the future.
About foodrobe account
Q. I didn't receive the temporary registration email after I registered.
A. Please check your mailbox and make sure that it has not reached your spam box. If you do not receive the email, please try entering your email address again on the "New Registration" page. If the problem persists, please contact our management.
Q. I want to delete my account.
A. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so by tapping the "My Page" icon in the lower right corner, then tapping "Personal Settings", and then clicking "Delete User".
Q. I want to cancel my Premium Plan (subscription).
A. To cancel your subscription, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscription, tap the plan you wish to cancel in foodrobe, and then tap Cancel Subscription.

About Recipe Submission
Q. Can anyone submit recipes?
A. We review and publish recipes from professionals (restaurants, chefs, etc.) on foodrobe one by one. After submitting, reviewing and posting your recipes, you will earn money based on the number of views. Also, to deposit your earnings, you need to You will need to register for payment processing setup (Stripe), which includes providing proof of identity.

Q. How do I submit a recipe?

Q. What does recipe judging entail?
A. Foodrobe mainly publishes recipes with the theme of health. There are no numerical standards such as nutritional value, but you can find recipes that are "full of vegetables, less salt than usual, healthy when homemade, etc.
We recommend recipes that are enjoyable to cook for health-conscious people at home, and that can be used as a reference, even if only in part.
We will review your post to ensure that it is easy to understand, including photos, and that there are no possible errors in the description, and will notify you of approval or re-review within 3 business days of submission.
Q. In what order are the recipes posted?
A. Currently, recipes are listed in the order of recipe submission (certification). As for recipes for PR products in tie-ups, they will be displayed at the top of the list for a period of two weeks. Now is the season! We are looking forward to receiving your recipes of ingredients that are in season.

About Payment Processing Settings (Stripe)
Q. What is STRIPE?
A. Stripe is an online payment platform used by millions of businesses worldwide and is the payment service introduced by foodrobe. This app uses Stripe payment and you can execute payment securely.
Due to security reasons, we do not keep the information you have registered with Stripe.
Q. How do I set up my payment processing?
A. In order to deposit your earnings from recipe views, you will need to register for payment processing preferences, which includes providing identification.

Q. I would like to know the status of the payment processing settings.
A. The basic statuses are "Registered", "Not Verified" and "Not Registered".
You must be "Registered" in order to post recipes and earn revenue.
In rare cases, "Stripe Rejecting" may be displayed. In this case, please contact foodrobe for further information.

Q. I have verified my identity, but my status is still "Not verified" and I cannot submit recipes.
A. In rare cases, you may have verified your identity, but the status is not reflected. Please re-open the Recipe Submitter Settings page and click the "Done" button to register.
If the status is still not reflected, please contact the administrator.
Earnings for Recipe Contributors
Q. What is monetization?
A. The amount of monetization will increase or decrease each month depending on the percentage of the recipes you submit that are viewed.
You can check the number of views by going to "My Page" on the lower right hand side of the screen and clicking on "Posting Report". Also, as the number of registered Premium Members increases, your earnings will increase proportionally.
You can check the monthly amount after deducting the Stripe fee (the amount that will actually be credited to your designated course) from the "Posting Report".
Q. When is the date of earnings determination?
A. It is calculated monthly and the data is reflected on the 2nd of the following month.
Q. When will I receive my earnings?
A. Your earnings will be deposited on the Friday after the 6th of the following month.
If the first week of the month includes a holiday or is the first Friday before earnings are calculated, earnings may be deposited on the following Friday.
